At Legendary Peptides, we prioritize speed, accuracy, and transparency in our shipping practices. This policy outlines everything you need to know about delivery timelines, carrier options, and our responsibilities.

1. Same-Day Shipping Cutoff

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on business days are typically shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM EST are shipped on the next business day (excluding holidays).

2. Expedited Shipping

For faster delivery, all shipments are sent FedEx 2-day delivery and will include a complimentary 10ml bottle of bacteriostatic water, clearly labeled for research use only.

3. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This number can be used to monitor your shipment’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to our support team.

4. Shipping Liability Disclaimer

Legendary Peptides is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays, errors, or lost/stolen packages
• Delivery to incorrect addresses due to customer error
• Weather-related delays or force majeure events

While we will always assist in tracking or escalating issues with carriers, we cannot offer refunds for shipping problems beyond our control.

5. Address Accuracy & Order Review

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Incorrect addresses may lead to delivery issues, return-to-sender fees, or restocking delays. If you realize there is an error, contact us immediately after placing your order.
